• Not currently subject to any ban or restriction of gaming rights by any competent authority.

Tpower3 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using verified local payment methods, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

Regarding Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the method used.
• Tpower3 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions are only available to members who meet all specified requirements.
• Bonuses must be wagered according to the number of wagering requirements (wagering requirement) stated before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each user is eligible for each type of promotion once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.

Tpower3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Users found abusing the bonus system will forfeit all bonuses and related wins, and may be subject to permanent account restrictions.

• Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of technical issues arising from the user's device or internet connection.

Tpower3 also supports self-exclusion (self-exclusion) for users who need a break from the platform for responsible gaming purposes. This option can be accessed directly from your account settings.

The tpower3 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. tpower3 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

• Tpower3 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, unexpected downtime, or system errors.
• Tpower3 is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence, including loss of login credentials or unauthorized access by third parties.
• Use of the tpower3 platform is at the user's own risk. Wagering activities carry financial risk and the loss of money is a real possibility.
• Tpower3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.

Tpower3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the latest version.

Continued use of the tpower3 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
