The tpower3 VIP Program is designed to reward every step of your journey with us. The higher your tier, the greater the benefits — from multiplied cashback to access to promotions not available to the general public.
Each VIP tier comes with its own set of benefits. Tier upgrades happen automatically once you reach the required points threshold.
The tpower3 VIP Program is more than just cashback. It's a complete experience spanning multiple dimensions of privilege for every member.
The weekly cashback rate grows with your VIP tier — from 0.5% for Silver up to 5.0% for Diamond. Cashback is credited directly to your account every week.
Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing. Your requests are handled ahead of standard accounts with no unnecessary delays.
Diamond members are assigned a dedicated personal account manager. Any enquiries, requests or issues can be resolved through an exclusive private communication channel.
Each time you advance to a higher VIP tier, you'll receive a special bonus as a milestone reward. This bonus will be credited automatically within 24 hours.
Tpower3 celebrates the birthday of every Gold VIP member and above with a special gift. You'll receive a notification and bonus credit directly to your account on your birthday.
VIP members get early access to new games, exclusive tournaments and limited promotions not available to regular members. Join a select community that enjoys privileges before anyone else.
The tpower3 VIP points system is designed so that every activity you carry out on the platform is counted and rewarded. You don't need to do anything out of the ordinary — just play as usual and let the points accumulate on their own.
Login to your tpower3 account and navigate to the "My Profile" section. You will be able to see your total accumulated points, current VIP tier and an estimate of the points needed to reach the next tier. The system updates in real time after every gaming session.

If you've ever felt that other platforms don't truly value your loyalty, tpower3 takes a different approach. The tpower3 VIP Program is more than a points system spinning without purpose — it's a rewards ecosystem that genuinely impacts your gaming experience day after day.
Many tpower3 users in Malaysia share that the most noticeable difference when moving up to a VIP tier isn't just the cashback value — it's the overall treatment they receive. Faster withdrawals, more relevant promotions, and more responsive customer support all become part of the VIP experience that tpower3 has carefully built.
A common complaint about other platforms is a points system that's overly complex or opaque. At tpower3, we believe a rewards system should be easy to understand. You know exactly how many points you earn per ringgit spent, how many points are needed to move up a tier, and you can track your progress at any time through your account dashboard.
VIP points are calculated cumulatively — they will not expire as long as your account remains active. This means even if you play at a moderate pace, your points continue to accumulate month after month. This approach ensures that users who play consistently receive recognition that reflects their loyalty to the tpower3 platform.
One of the most anticipated benefits for tpower3 VIP members is the weekly cashback. Unlike bonuses that come with cumbersome rollover requirements, tpower3 VIP cashback is credited directly to your main account balance every week. You are free to use it to keep playing or include it with your next withdrawal.
Cashback rates start at 0.5% for Silver members and increase progressively up to 5.0% for Diamond members. For users who actively play slots, sports or live casino every week, the difference can add up to a meaningful amount by the end of each month. It's not just a number on paper — it's real money you can actually put back into play.
One of the most valued aspects for tpower3 Platinum and Diamond VIP members is priority withdrawal processing. When you submit a withdrawal request, the system recognises your VIP status and processes it in a separate priority queue ahead of standard accounts.
This means your funds reach your bank account faster — whether via DuitNow, FPX or any other method you choose. For users who withdraw frequently or need immediate access to their funds, this privilege alone is a compelling reason to aim for a higher VIP tier.
The tpower3 VIP Program has been warmly received by users across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, and Kuching. Members from all walks of life, from dedicated slots fans to sports betting enthusiasts, have each found value in the program in their own way.
Interestingly, many tpower3 users report that moving up to a VIP tier doesn't necessarily require a large investment in a short time. Playing consistently over a few months is enough to bring you to Gold or even Platinum, depending on how often you play and which game categories you prefer.
Tpower3 is committed to ensuring every aspect of the VIP program is run transparently and fairly. The VIP program's terms and conditions are clearly stated on the Terms and Conditions us. You have every right to fully understand how points are calculated, how cashback is processed, and what conditions are attached to each VIP benefit.
If you have questions about your VIP status or would like more details about any of the listed benefits, the tpower3 customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the live chat channel on the platform.
